These Terms of Service govern your use of ClearanceIQ™ products and services operated by ClearanceIQ Inc.. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Company

ClearanceIQ is operated by ClearanceIQ Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with a principal place of business in Irvine, California. You may contact us at hello@clearanceiq.io or +1 (949) 385-1481.

2. Description of Services

ClearanceIQ provides three tiers of cybersecurity compliance support services for US Department of Defense contractors subject to DFARS 252.204-7012 and CMMC 2.0 requirements:

3. Important Disclaimer — Not Legal or Compliance Certification

ClearanceIQ is a software tool and documentation service. We are not a C3PAO (Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization), a law firm, or a government agency. Use of our services does not constitute a formal CMMC certification, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that your SPRS submission will be accepted by the Department of Defense or any prime contractor. The Affirming Official at your organization remains solely responsible for the accuracy of any SPRS attestation submitted under their signature. False Claims Act liability rests with the Affirming Official, not with ClearanceIQ or ClearanceIQ Inc..

Our practitioner review is a professional quality check — not a legal guarantee. We strongly recommend consulting qualified legal counsel before submitting any SPRS score or self-assessment attestation to the federal government.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use paid services. By using ClearanceIQ, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
